Support for Plessey barcode format

Hi,

First thank you for this great library!
I want to ask you if you are planning to add support for Plessey at one point this year.
If not, is fork from your repository, add the new format then create a PR the only way of doing it? Is there any way of dynamically adding new formats? (from the code it didn't seem so, I just need to clear all my doubts)
