Hi guys,

is it possible to show more hits for infertissue, like for inferstrain?
Alternatively, is it possible to select which tissues are displayed in the resulting heatmap using compareMouseTissueReference?

These are great suggestions. We will think about how to implement this. For the compareMouseTissueReference, we added (1.15.5) a ref argument which one can use to subset the samples (e.g., from specific tissues) to display in the heatmap.

Foremost, thank you for the feedback! Could you show an example in which your reference is used, but specifically only selected tissues (eg. spleen and fat)?
