UI Glitches: Unwanted Visual Artifacts and Flashing on Mode Switch

Here are two issues I've noticed with the ExceliDraw plugin:

1. As shown in the video and image, when I switch between ExceliDraw and the document block, something appears at the bottom and on the right side. This is a bit distracting.

2. In the video, you can see that when I switch to light mode and select a dark color, like black, and then switch back to ExceliDraw, it kind of flashes white.
