行选择中Ctrl+X在新老版本的不同

老版本4.20.12，选择visual studio行选择模式，ctrl+x后光标处于上一行

新版本4.23.08，同样模式，ctrl+x后光标处于本行

操作习惯被改变，是否能自定义呢，感觉老版本用的更顺手，新版本也有功能上的其他可取之处，比较纠结用哪个版本了

Changed by 78a7954 (from PR #642, cc @rangzee), current behavior matches Visual Studio, and partial matches VSCode and Sublime Text (both move caret to current line start instead of keep at same column).
