Publish the Zowe V3 Office Hours for Consumers Schedule & Prepare templates for the Squads

Current plan / schedule
Zowe V3 Office Hours for Consumers will cover all planned V3 LTS Core components with the following content:
- Overview, what's new in V3*
- Installation & configuration changes
- V3 upgrade considerations
- User experience impact
- New feature details
- Resources & contacts
*Note: this overview will include awareness around the upgrade in Zowe V3 to spring boot 3.x which brings a technology dependency chain: spring boot 3.x REQUIRES java 17 which REQUIRES z/OS 2.5; we should also include information around, what happens if consumers do not upgrade to V3 -- spring boot 2.x / spring framework 5 ends support on 11/30/2023. Our Zowe v2 customers need to understand the plan for addressing vulnerabilities in the unsupported software included in Zowe v2.
The schedule is WEEKLY on Fridays, beginning on 1/5/2024. Sessions WILL BE RECORDED and available for replay.
