Implement "Add item to a collection" and "Remove item from a collection" functionality.

This might be the final blocker before public beta. @dstillman, @fcheslack, thoughts?
Yeah, not having this in the beta would be too weird.
@yexingsha Can you please suggest icons for "Add To Collection" and "Remove from Collection"? The ones that I found on Google material icons website and put in the app might look a bit off.
