Can't edit selected annotation

Now that there's the page scrubber, if I tap an annotation (phone, sidebar closed), close the edit dialog, and tap the page background, tapping on the same annotation doesn't open the edit dialog again — it just causes the page scrubber to appear. I have to tap a different annotation, close its edit dialog, and tap again on the first annotation.
