New youtube video about wicked for README

Hi, I just noticed that the prolific Dean on youtube created a tutorial about Wicked (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P-eYHvgT4KA). Would you be willing to accept my adding a link to the video in the README? It would be my second open source pull request ever.
Sure. Seems to be more up-to-date than the old railscast one.
