Compatibility with "Refined GitHub"

Thank you for the nice project, @zombie! And greetings from MozFest -- sorry you can't be here.
I happen to use Refined GitHub, which shows the full name of the author (as available on GitHub) next to their username:
This name appears even when using blind-reviews:
It would be great if [redacted] could also hide author names in addition to their GH usernames. :)
