language server needs at lease PHP 7.4.0. current version is 7.3.29 in extensions .

The language server needs at least PHP 7.4.0 installed. Version found: 7.3.29.
been trying to update but need help, looked at solutions in github but still a little confused. the errors only pop-up when i create a php file, everything was fine until was still working fine until now.
