Error react app

I have raised an issue with react on their repo. Timer have pointed me to raise it here.
npm ERR! code ENOLOCAL
npm ERR! Could not install from "Home\AppData\Roaming\npm-cache_npx\7840" as it does not contain a package.json file.

Where would i find this file in windows 10.

I don't know what happened, when i run command %appdata%. It goes to old user(Sweet Home) app data folder, i was expecting it should go to new folder(SweetHome)(without space)
Same problem. I suppose a problem is windows user's name with space.
