run-gpt3.5-api.bat 报错

我用anaconda创建虚拟环境，CPU跑，win10，但运行run-gpt3.5-api.bat之后报错如下：

然后就卡住不动，不知道问题出在哪儿，有没有大佬能指点一下。跪谢！
