Add a "Tags" or "Keywords" field

It would be nice if there was a "Tags" or "Keywords" field for users to add keywords to help in the search. Even Cozi uses a "Keywords" field for bug/enhancement submissions.

@marcpare4 can you test the new version and see if the hooks for the Tag module meets this requirement?

I'll try to get to it by the end of this upcoming weekend (25 Nov 2012). I just have to set up my test site to the newest Zikula version.
