Cookie seems to desturb editing poll?

When I have a poll with saving a cookie ans I have voted, I can't edit this poll?
One way would be not to save a cookie if an admin or user, that has edit permissions?
Hmmhmm, I can't reproduce this at the moment.
Maybe there is another reason for.
I close this at the moment.
