Incorrect display of the loading progress of new tabs in firefox/chrome

See below that the loading bar concatenates as if it were a string instead of an int.
WaterlooWorks Azure (V2.0.3)
Firefox: 62.0 (64-bit)

Steps:

1. Load job postings
2. Select batch button
3. Select a number of jobs >= 10
4. Hit open in new tab
5. image below occurs: Note the 111111111/12
