Template for all groups page

When we go to https://muscat-tech.org/groups we should see a list of all the groups.
The file to change will be https://github.com/zidhuss/muscat-tech.org/blob/main/layouts/events/list.html
I'll give it a go.
Thinking of showing a simple list similar to the one in single event's page.
Let me know if you have another idea @zidhuss
