Remove console logs

Description:

Currently, in the production environment, there are lingering console logs that seem to have been overlooked during development and should be removed. Please refer to the screenshot below for reference:

Steps to resolve issue:

1. Remove line 44 in head.html inside layouts/partials
   

Success Criteria

No apparent logs in the browser console.
