找不到自定义搜索的选项

看 README 里面 附加搜索引擎 打了勾但是我并没有找到这个选项, 想用 DuckDcukGo 来着
自定义入口暂时还没做，后续会在设置里加个自定义的配置项
新增了 DuckDcukGo 支持
