Usage of the code in plotting pRDF

Hi,
I have used your code to calculate pRDF for a protein-water system using gromacs trajectory. While running the code the data file it generated is the count for all the frames. But the pRDF plot I am expecting it is not generated. I am not able to generate the pRDF plot from the date file. I have attached a data file. Can you help me with this issue?

sorry bro, the code was written several years ago, I have no idea about your issue. Maybe you can read the code and figure out it.
Btw, just using the C code not the python code.
