Window drag-to-untile tolerance

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Window dragging to untile is useful, however the amount by which it activates is so small that I happen to mis-drag windows a lot.

Describe the solution you'd like
Either a way to turn this feature off, or a way to set the tolerance.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Nothing really. Probably I should stop using the Meta key for dragging though, as that's also used in a ton of shortcuts.

At this point I may consider just adding the tiled while dragging feature everyone has been requesting. For v1.1, anyways.
