Add more Dll's to monitor in instrumentation.

msvcp140.dll can be a useful one.
or just check all the dll loaded by the target process and based of that add them all so it can monitor all of them. it would be nice if it had this feature
Issues is for problems not suggestions, but will consider it, if you want you can add it yourself and request a merge.
