I would love to, but Apple is charging $100 per year in order to publish Safari extensions :/

Just to come back on this, you don't need to add it to the Safari Galery! It as possible to convert it to a .safariextz file (source). This could be downloadable via the readme or dist, like Buu Nguyen did with his octotree.
