.Playlist file format contains missing or corrupt Album Art.

Album Art scraping during .Playlist file creation has been broken for a while.
I would really like to fix this, as well as some other common peeves about .Playlist files before we hit v1.0.
Wish me luck!
Hmm, lets move our target for fixing this out to v2.8.
This is why I don't play darts.
