Whenever I go to https://www.strava.com/heatmap without logging in I can view the map in pretty great detail. Once logged in, the part of the page where the map is supposed to be is completely blank. Maybe I need to be subscribed for this now? I'm just trying to get the high res global heatmap into caltopo as someone pointed in an issue previously this year.
The extensions works fine as far as I know. I used it just the other day. I'm not seeing the blank map issue and I just have a free Strava account. Maybe try a different browser or disabling some browser extensions to see if they may be blocking certain Strava content. I'm giong to close this issue as it doesn't sounds like a problem with the extension but with the Strava website.
