Provide a printable view of the schedule

Create a stylesheet for print so users can print out the entire schedule of all days. It should be landscape mode and display the daily schedules one after another.
[Enhancement] A toggle to show/hide only the user's registered slots would enable him to print only his registered slots, that is his personal conference schedule. The toggle could also be helpful for #11.
