MDN: compat data annotations toggling doesn't work

Steps to reproduce:
- Install CSS docset.
- Open "css:transition" page.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Try to click on any "Browser compatibility" table cell that has asterisck/ellipsis.
Expected result:
Annotation for compat data is displayed, as it does on https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/transition
Acutal result:
Nothing happens.
