figure out iPad render problems

That made it render correctly when it renders but it seems there is a race condition or something blocking rendering on iPad
could be due to text vw scaling?
This seems to be cleared up when clearing the cache... (cookies and data) I have absolutely no idea why.
I think I fixed this with some more of those @ thingies in the css... viewports? something like that...
