Encorporate The Second-Hand Log into FirstSpirit ServerManager

At the moment the console can only be used from FirstSpirit SiteArchitect. There should be a way to launch it somewhere out of the ServerManager.
This is little more work then expected.
This is obsolete with FirstSpirit 5.2 R7 and will not be done anymore.
