Node 14 LTS reaches the EOL at 2023-04-30

In the documentation is announced Node14 as a requirement

"All Zapier CLI apps are run using Node.js v14."

but that version of node reaches the EOL at 2023-04-30

Hello @jmtt89, indeed we are planning on upgrading to Node 16 soon! We have an open PR in progress here which you can follow if you'd like.

only 4 months after the EOF of node14
