Deploy to Root Domain Fails

We still cannot deploy correctly to our root domain using senza create.
#387 was fixed, so senza now correctly finds our host solutions.zalando.com. However, with MainDomain: "solutions.zalando.com" the main domain A record is actually created at solutions.solutions.zalando.com.
Looks like senza is getting the hosted zone correctly, but still piecing out the first dot-separated part of the domain and treating it as a subdomain.
