'SyphonBuildMacros.h' file not found

It won't let me build.
It tells me "'SyphonBuildMacros.h' file not found"
I tried installing Syphon framework but that didn't work.
What is the work around for this?

In the top level CocoaSplit source directory do this:
git submodule init
git submodule update --remote --merge
