Is there a way to give more context of the document through metadata information as to what each column means
Yes you can edit the arguments CSV Loader take, like show in the docs : https://python.langchain.com/en/latest/modules/indexes/document_loaders/examples/csv.html?highlight=csv%20loader#csv-files
