Excalidraw: add option to embed fonts into svg

As explained here, by default the two fonts used by Excalidraw are referenced using CSS. Currently, this is the deafult behaviour when retrieving Excalibur diagrams from kroki. In certain circumstances, it were helpful if kroki provided an additional boolean option embed-fonts that allows to get an self contained svg with the used fonts embedded inside the SVG.
