Use uniCenta Codebase

Highly recommend using the
http://www.unicentaopos.co.uk/ fork codebase as a starting point, as they 
already included many enhancements and fixes from the forums, and elsewhere.

They should be releasing an updated version soon according to: 
http://unicenta.blogspot.com/
