Twitter table must be updated to v1.1

API at https://github.com/yql/yql-tables/tree/master/twitter uses v1 (eg: https://github.com/yql/yql-tables/blob/master/twitter/twitter.status.timeline.public.xml).

Twitter has deprecated the API - https://dev.twitter.com/docs/api
The table must be updated to reflect v1.1

Do you want me to provide the patch? Will be happy to do it 😄
