First of all, thanks for creating these macOS installers, it's been useful to have this easy way to install Meld.
The latest release v3.21.1 was published on the 2022-01-07:
An updated installer would be greatly appreciated. Is there anything we can do to help with the process?
now even 3.22.0 is out
My apologies, guys. I have been trying to put some time into this, but believe it or not, Meld itself is not the issue. It's building the environment that keeps getting messed up with jhbuild. Way too many dependencies that keep breaking and I'm too short on time. I will try to put some hours into this.

Homebrew says the project has been discontinued upstream. What does that mean? This project is linked as the project, not the upstream project. In other words, the homebrew page for this project links to this repository.
The implication is that the upstream project is https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/meld/activity, but that project is very active.
❯ brew install --cask meld
==> Caveats
meld has been officially discontinued upstream.
It may stop working correctly (or at all) in recent versions of macOS.
