composers "yohang/finite": "~1.1" does not work, only "~1.0" on packagist...
If you want use 1.1, you must specify : ~1.1@dev and put minimum stability to dev. Version 1.1 is an alias of master branch that means to be on the "edge", it's risky. Use stable tagged version ~1.0 instead. Use master only to contribute on the repo, not to ship it in your application.
I agree with the fact that people should install stable version, but the README of 1.1 branch should keep reference to 1.1 for composer installation.
1.1 will be released this week.
