Settings doesn't work.

SInce there's no documentation that I can find, I'm not sure what the settings is supposed to do, but on Node v0.10.0 and MongoDB 2.4.3, it does nothing. Smog is running a 64 bit Linux box, as is MongoDB
Settings hasn't been implemented
