endpoints里面的服务id没有进行定时更新

当使用DefaultNamingService时，FindObjectById只在newclient的时候进行了调用。后续selectEndpoint里面没有定时更新endpoints，当网络状态发生变化的时候，可用服务可能会发生变化，从而导致拉取到旧的服务状态信息
