DXOpal 1.4.1 does not work with non-ascii comments

I found that if main.rb contains Japanese comments, opal raises parse error 😱
Reported to upstream. opal/opal#2066
As a workaround, released DXOpal 1.4.2 with Opal 0.11.4.
