[feature request]customizable nimble install

currently nimble will install a lot of packages, for example, jnim, darwin. But in fact I only work on Windows, so is it possible to tell nimble to install packages for nimx on Windows OS only?
I don't think nimble supports that, should be discussed there. Or prove me wrong.
