I think #2773 should also be included in v0.21, this wasn't included v0.20 due to the upstream function worker PR not merged in time by release. I wish that v0.21 can include the new function worker to yew agent.

In addition, it would also be ideal if #3371 can be addressed before v0.21.

We can release agent and router later, this tracking issue is mostly for Yew. Releasing Yew 0.21 should take priority over the agent/router
