Make all karma channel-local by default

Maybe add an additional subcommand to show global karma?
Currently if a Yetibot is shared across multiple adapters the global karma doesn't make sense, and even in a single adapter with many people, having Yetibot @mention everyone in the board potentially causes notification from channels they don't even belong to.
- record chat-source-adapter and chat-source-channel for every row
- select matching data for chat source by default when listing leaderboard
