Responsive table request

Hi. I think your solution for responsive tables is brilliant! One concern though is having table rows as inline blocks.

In the case below, it's no problem as the links are obvious, however, would it be possible to add some sort of divider to make it more obvious when there are more columns? Maybe the pipe character or something? Or maybe some more space between rows? Thanks.

p.s. Would it be possible to also have the table header before the first row?

@S1M0NH seems like a fair idea:

  • Add a divider
  • Add the first row

I'll look into it. If you have a solution figured out already, feel free to submit a pull-request.

Regarding the other issue, I strongly recommend using version 1.4.0 until this can be properly addressed and fixed.
