FRP: enable vault links

What is your proposal 🚀
Have links so someone can link to a specific vault description and the page will open, with that vault open and shown
What does this solve ? 🛠
Instead of showing a user this page for the curve IB vault https://vaults.yearn.finance/ethereum/curve-pools I can send them a link with that exact vault. Should open the same page as above just with the vault already open/selected.
