Preserve Custom Properties when using loadWorkbook() and saveWorkbook()

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When I tried to load, modify and save an xlsx file by using loadWorkbook() and saveWorkbook(), I noticed that the custom properties where gone from the saved file.

To keep the custom properties.
Describe alternatives you've considered
To write my own custom functions to get and edit custom properties using xml2 package.
