Suggest YouCompleteMe provide a release version

I find out YouCompleteMe is very hard to install on many linux distribution，some old distribution like debian10 use vim8.1, python3.7, vim script use python2, a lot problem will make YouCompleteMe very hard to install.
so I suggest YouCompleteMe provide release verison to support old linux distribution not only ubuntu20.04.
Our support policy is to be compatible with latest ubuntu LTS. We have no intention of providing legacy support further than the existing creation of branches/tags.
