Hello, I found fab and menu item shadow cover by rectangle background
I try 1.06 and 1.07 both.

That's supposed to happen. Visit material.io for the details.
I'd say that is not supposed to happen - @penn5 you might be referring to the shadow, which should indeed be there, but @John1215 is probably talking about the shadow's hard break by a rectangle shape as he marked in the image.
I have the same issue, I'll let you know if I come up with a fix for it.
