Did you figure out how to contact them?

But i can't send a customer support service request, because i am not a customer.
What about following the process here? (Process Avira)
process avira uses avira engine for detection so is reported to avira and is detected by avira on virustotal.
There is no way to report false positives that are detected using SWG engine.
You can also use this contact email virus_research_gateway@avertlabs.com
just indicate that it's for Skyhigh (SWG) detection
