Wrong Cynet Mail?!

I tried to contact that mail listed here to get rid of a false positive on my OpenXR Runtime Switcher Project.
I got an answer that they will forward it to the correct department (so this seems to be the wrong one). This should not be a problem right? I thought so as well, but it seems they did not took it too serious, as i never got any answer from "the correct department". Now, months later.
Did somebody had success with Cynet? If so, which mail did you contacted?
//Edit: Oh they actually removed it in the last 6 days. I did not rescanned when I checked today.
